At Adelaide Cosmetic Medicine & Laser, we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
If you have any concerns with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns for products that are defective or faulty upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
- Returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, opened products, or used items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If your item is deemed defective, an appropriate refund will be arranged once the return has been assessed.
Return Methods
Returns can be made using any of the following methods:
- In-store return
- Drop-off location
- Return by mail
For eligible returns, a return label will be included within your package to make the process as simple as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your return request.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within approximately 30 days.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
